This time we will focus on a timely topic of traveling and tourism. As the pandemic stifles economies, there is mounting pressure also for mental wellbeing to keep travel and tourism industries alive. This coffee morning is dedicated to discussing visions, rules and regulations for the immediate and long term outlook for leisure and business travel.

Lapland, our winter paradise, has been suffering severely with the COVID-19 pandemic. FBC is supporting a survey on the consumer demands and service providers offering in terms of safe and socially distanced travel.

Can Lapland, as the last wilderness, offer a new escape from crowds for leisure and work? New co-working spaces emerge here and there, away from big cities. How can we learn best practices through benchmarking? And how to build new standards for the hospitality industry?
