In this session, we will start by exploring four distinct future work scenarios developed using the Futures platform. These scenarios, shaped by expert futurists, will illustrate possible trajectories for the future of work, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities. By analyzing these futures, we will examine how life skills will play a pivotal role in coping with, succeeding in and shaping futures.

The session will transition from the macro-level scenarios to the micro-level skills necessary for navigating them. What kind of communication, stress management, and decision-making abilities will be required in these futures? How can we cultivate resilience and adaptability to prepare ourselves for these transformations?

Session Objectives:

•⁠ ⁠Understand the transformative impact of life skills in the age of AI

•⁠ ⁠Explore practical techniques for developing key life skills, such as empathy, resilience, and critical thinking, in the context of future work scenarios.

•⁠ ⁠During the session we will also leverage AI twin focused on life skills understanding. AI will provide insights to identify personal development goals and chart a path toward sustainable growth.
